What a star! Michael moved us Hereford in December 2021 and though we had hitches and let downs with potential completion dates from the vendors of the house that we were buying, Michael just took it all in his stride - no panic, no stress. He had to move us into storage eventually, as our vendor could not complete on the same day as we did, and he just made it so simple that it was a dream. I honestly could not recommend him enough - he was just fabulous.

In September, Michael and Ray moved our furniture and effects from our 2-bedroom flat in Littlehampton to Bookham in Surrey. Although the move was planned before the Covid19 lockdown, he honoured the estimate he provided in March. They worked hard and efficiently. It was a long day, but nothing phased them. Michael was recommended by a friend with property in France (Michael moved items from Sussex to France) and we, in turn, would thoroughly recommend Michael. He fully justifies the ratings above.

My relatively small load was picked up on time and competently from an address in Surrey and delivered to our home in SW France in perfect condition. It wasn't expensive compared with other estimates that I received, Michael and his team are all very pleasant and I have absolutely no criticism of the quality of their work.

Michael moved my personal effects from Nice, France to West Sussex in June 2019. His service was superb. He personally packed each individual wine glass, plate and ornament and loaded them on to his van. All these arrived in good condition without a single breakage. On time, as planned. He is an extremely pleasant, hard working man. I would fully recommend him.

Excellent service from both Michael in the UK and Phil in France. The job was priced and and quoted on the same day that I contacted them. Everything went very smoothly and efficiently for a fair price. Both the guys were very courteous and punctual. I would definitely recommended Michaels Movers.

Dear Michael. A belated thank you for making what could have been a complex and stressful move from south west France to Devon go so smoothly. Both places had very difficult accesses to negotiate and you worked through these challenges without turning a hair. Michael fitted the first part of our move at short notice for which we are very grateful. On what must have been one of the hottest days of the year so far, Michael and Luke worked tirelessly to empty our house and also to collect other items from storage. We moved to Eymet in Dordogne recently and Michael Movers was the most competitive quote we got. He came recommended by the local estate agent and was really serious and dedicated to all our needs. The move was smooth and professional, we are relieved and delighted to have chosen Michael Movers.

Michael delivered two motorcycles for me from London to Inverness. He was easy to contact and we were able to communicate throughout the delivery process. Both machines were well secured in the vehicle. Rather than leave me to get on with unloading he did his best to help for which I was grateful, nothing was too much trouble.

Not a great experience. The initial move seemed to go well, but when we met the lorry in France we found that our goods had been reloaded onto another van - something we were assured would not happen. It seems that our move was sold on to or contracted to a third party. Also our load was now in a lorry with at least one other household of items. Our goods went into storage but we found immediately that we had items missing, which we informed them about. We were told that it would be looked in to, but despite chasing them up they failed to get back to us. We have since found that several hundred pounds worth of goods never made it to the storage unit, and our emails are being ignored.

Professional and prompt. All work carried out smoothly and with a smile. Kept informed and all goods received in good condition.

From start to finish, Michael and his colleagues were extremely helpful and reliable, working with a 100% can-do attitude. When collecting our load from north London and delivering it to the Dordogne, Michael did everything possible to make the move easier for us and after delivering our furniture he and his colleague assembled beds and went beyond what was expected to ensure our first night in the new accommodation was comfortable. All items arrived safely without a single breakage. We recommend his service with complete confidence.
